Subject: As you stand

just after your last breath
before the great lord
not for the first time I
might say, will your certainty
spare you a return
again here to experience
that pounding of just heated
soul that you be.

and what difference this self
importance of physical exchange
you in pride suggest is of matter.

for one day you will lust no more
and never again. so how then will
you be identified among the great
mass of many? How then will you feel;
aside, better and different?

A life void of these lusts is a far greater
recompense than the routings of a swine.
