Teletubbie Avengers!

Jerry Falwell's announcement regarding the gaynitude of PBS Character Tinky-Wink was not a surprise to all of us. As Mayor Steve Martin of the City of West Hollywood proudly proclaimed, "It's not that he's carrying a purse, but rather a matching bag ensemble."
Falwell, of course, is claiming that what he said is not what he meant. This is the same man who recently proclaimed that the Anti-Christ is here (or will be here shortly), and clearly Jewish - and that this concept is neither new nor anti-semitic.
