JURISDICTION

Under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1291, the Supreme Court of the United States shall have jurisdiction over decisions of Court of Appeals following all final decisions of the Tax Court of the United States. Final judgment was entered in this action by the Honorable David Laro on July 14, 2000. On April 8, 2001, the Seventh Circuit Court denied hearing of an appeal.
